Starting from 1st February, we’re introducing three convenient ways to order your prescriptions, making it simpler for you to collect your regular medication. You can choose to:

2️. Use our website 💻
3️. Drop off your side slip at your dispensary 🏥
📞 No more phone requests after 01/02/2024 📞 To prioritize important appointments and urgent requests, we won’t be taking prescription orders over the phone after 1st February 2024. ⏰
🏠🧠 Special considerations for housebound or cognitive impairment patients 🏠🧠 If you’re housebound or have a cognitive impairment, you may still order prescriptions over the phone. Let the surgery know if this applies to you.
We are planning some drop in clinics for anyone who needs help to get onto the app the first being at the library from 3pm-4pm on Tuesday 6th February. We are looking at different locations and will update patients when these are finalised with dates, times and where they are being held. The library offer a session ‘get online with the library’ every Tuesday from 3pm-4pm up until 21/07/2024, however there won’t be a member of staff from the Practice there each week it is a library run session.
